Refund policy

You can get a full refund within 14 days of a payment, as long as you have not opened any paid item since that payment. Opening an item means copying or downloading a paid prompt or skill, or pulling one into Claude through MCP. Once an item is opened, the digital content has been delivered and that payment can no longer be refunded.
What counts as opening an item
- Copying a paid prompt or downloading it as .md.
- Downloading an AI Video Effect skill.
- Claude fetching a paid prompt or installing a skill for you through MCP.
Browsing the library, reading the public pages and watching the previews do not count. Free effect prompts never count.
Monthly ($29 / month)
Each monthly payment, including a renewal, follows the same rule: a full refund within 14 days of that payment if nothing was opened since it.
You can cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not refund the unused days of a month that has already started.
Lifetime ($79 one-time)
A full refund within 14 days of the payment if you have not opened any paid item.
Free plan
The free effect prompts cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@aicreatorlibrary.com from the address you bought with, and include the order number from your receipt. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, so the refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank.
Buyers in the EU and UK
At checkout you agree that the library opens right away and that your right of withdrawal ends once you open a paid item. Until you open one, the 14-day refund above applies in full.
If something does not work
If a skill or prompt does not do what its page describes, write to us before anything else. We will help you get it working or find a fair solution, even outside the rule above.
